Job Description

At Verity, we help create a future where utilities are more adaptive, customer-driven, and sustainably equipped to deliver lasting value to both consumers and the broader utility landscape. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a results-driven Account Executive with deep expertise in SaaS sales and a strong network in the utilities sector.

What you’ll do

·        Supported by a Sales Development Representative, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for mid- to large-size utility clients.

·        Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in the utilities market.

·        Translate customer challenges into clear value propositions using Verity’s SaaS solutions.

·        Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive growth.

·        Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Preferred Experience

What we’re looking for

·        Proven track record in SaaS sales (5+ years, preferably in utilities or energy sector).

·        Strong knowledge of the utilities market and its digital transformation challenges.

·        Comfortable engaging with client-side Product Managers/Portfolio Managers to understand needs and align solutions.

·        Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus) (both written and spoken).

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        A self-starter with a consultative sales approach and strong closing ability.
